Abstract
Calcium Lactate is an organic compound, it occurs as occurs as a white to cream-colored, crystalline powder or granules. Soluble in water and practically insoluble in alcohol. consisting of two lactate anions for each calcium cation.
Use/Application
Calcium Lactate is used as a Buffering agent, stabilizer and thickener. It is widely used in Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries.
